I’m Jessie Lamb, founder of Bright Beetle Consulting. With a BA in Human Resources, my SHRM-CP certification, and over a decade of experience at the intersection of technology, operations, and leadership, I’ve spent my career helping businesses, and the people behind them, thrive.

For the past seven years, I’ve worked specifically in the self-storage industry, leading operations teams, supporting tech implementations, and project planning for self-storage-specific systems. My journey began in HR, where I developed a passion for building strong teams and creating solutions that empower people. Over time, I combined that passion with a knack for streamlining operations and making technology work for people, not against them.
